Simple process: i tell them what vehicle i want, they find it, i get OTD $, i tell them to have paperwork ready, i stop in and sign, i tell them where to drop off the vehicle : )

Even though I've been around for 76 years, this was my first time buying a car by myself. Rob was very patient with me and helped me find a car that was just what I wanted. The paperwork was crazy, but was explained well. I do wish Harvard Chevy offered a few more perks for new customers buying a new (almost) car like a free first oil change or a full tank of gas in the car when driving it off the lot. This is what I experienced in the past with the Ford dealer, but maybe times have changed.

I have a 1967 Camaro that my son had replaced the original quadrajet with a holy sniper. Bottom line - car did not run well at all. I decided I wanted it taken out and the original quadrajet installed. Also wanted a 160 degree thermostat reinstalled. Anyway I was told by Martin and others that they had a superior mechanic, John, that worked on cars like my Camaro and that he was excellent. Scheduled maintenance early in the morning and was serviced the same day. Dealship and service center were clean and staff was friendly. Quick turn around and good work.

The add on the website said the vehicle had 25 miles on it. When we were doing paperwork is was then noticed that it had over 1300. No compensation was offered.

I saw a car On Auto trader. Listed for 18 500. When I got to dealer, it was 19,000 mentioned the price increase kind of disappointed they didn’t honor from offer I sent in.
